Can't get out camping this weekend? Craving those little delicious chocolate marshmallow sandwiches? Well, pull out those 3 ingredients we all love and make this camp fire favorite tonight!
Ingredients
10 full sheet Graham Crackers
1 bag of small Marshmallows
2 to 3 of you favorite Chocolate Bar
5 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
Directions
-Pre heat pellet grill to 325 degrees.
-In a food processor, blend the graham crackers to a fine powder.
-Add the granulated sugar to the graham crackers in a large bowl.
-Melt the butter and add to the mixture.
-Blend the ingredients until well incorporated.
-In a cast iron pan, press the graham cracker mixture down with a measuring cup to create your crust.
-Take your favorite chocolate bar and lay evenly on top of crust. I really love Cadbury Chocolate. It's rich creamy milk chocolate flavor goes perfectly with s'mores.
-Cover the chocolate with the marshmallows and you are ready to start roasting......I mean grilling.
-Cook on the grill for 15 to 20 minutes. Watch the mallows and when they start to swell and brown pull of the grill and dig in.
The Shiggin'
Use a torch to brown the top of the marshmallows for an even more campfire taste and crunch.
I bet this is Ford's favorite
